This workshop contains unique information, gathered by Lydia through years of study, practice, and travel in Russia, China, Tibet, Thailand, Nepal, India, Egypt, Central & South America.  It will unfold in a special meditative playful way, so that you will not feel pressed to work hard with your upper logical mind, you will feel the transmission of energy and learnings, feel inspired and encouraged to stay on the path of Health, Love and Joy. 

We'll explore old traumas and limitations that hold you back from expressing your full potential. We'll sit in a healing circle and whine together, we'll share our Yin - deep, dark, moist wells of psyche, that is scary to look into on your own, we'll turn into the warriors sharing our life-battle stories!

            We'll do the ritual of dropping the "old story" and receive Initiation into the Way of a Healing Goddess. 

            We'll dance our way into Healing and than we'll PRACTICE and learn a lot of new tools!!!

You will learn:

*  peculiarities of women's energy structures and how to cultivate women's Yin Power
(that was afraid of and repressed in centuries of male dominancy)

*  how to listen and nurture your organs, how to discover and embrace the elements within and without. Theory of 5 elements, main mudras and mantras, cleansing and nurturing foods.

*  how to work with your uterus, understand and develop breast-uterus-energy connections.

*  practice Yin horizontal orbits and ancient practice of Tao-In

*  how to regulate your hormones and maintain inner balance without drugs!

*  you will learn how to clean you lymphatic system, release old emotions, reach balance and
deep clarity with the Moon Breath.
